Balisk was a Human male who served as a Zakuulan Knight of the Eternal Empire. Living with his family on the Wild Space planet called Zakuul, Balisk had served his will to Emperor Arcann after the death of Valkorion. After the death of Tanek, who had recently been killed during the pursuit of the Outlander, Balisk was assigned to work alongside fellow Knight Novo. He was determined to hunt down the Outlander for Tanek's death, and so the pair tracked down the Outlander at the Razor in Breaktown and tried to arrest the fugitive, only to be defeated in combat.
