Lidek Baws was a Human male native from the world of Naboo that was recruited into the Rebel Alliance. He was placed in their recruiting division and operated out of Tatooine. However, he was in fact a spy for the First Galactic Empire and fed them information regarding Alliance smugglers. This leak was picked up by Hantor Loftus, who sent a spacer to kill Baws and his overseers in the Tatooine desert.
