Seaan was a Human soldier who joined the Rebel Alliance at the time of the First Galactic Civil War. In the early phase of the Rebel Alliance, he was part of Red Hand Squadron led by Bria Tharen. During the attack onboard the Helot's Shackle, Seaan received an order to kill six anesthetized slave holders and then go back to the group, together with the rebels Mecht. He was later killed in the battle of Toprawa.
