Zelebitha Effhod was a female Mirialan who served as the First Minister of the Coruscant Ministry of Ingress during the Separatist Crisis. Before the Clone Wars began, she oversaw the closure of immigration to Coruscant until she was died of Quannot's Syndrome before the Battle of Geonosis.
